Out-of-Town Buyer:
Our experience with Z was very unique. We bought a house before we actually met him personally, or even saw the house! Z took my info over the phone about specific qualities we wanted for our new home. We were relocating from Texas  to KY. He then emailed us all homes matching our credentials. When the right home showed up in our location, school district and price range, it was a rare find and he knew it would move quickly. Z went to work for us and quickly VIDEOED AND EMAILED US THE PROPERTY. We made an offer contingent on seeing the property a few days later, and were able to beat out two other offers on the property!  Z went the extra mile in a day that was like a marathon race.
