Our experience with Z was very unique. We bought a house before we actually met him personally, or even saw the house! Z took my info over the phone about specific qualities we wanted for our new home. We were relocating from Texas  to KY. He then emailed us all homes matching our credentials. When the right home showed up in our location, school district and price range, it was a rare find and he knew it would move quickly. Z went to work for us and quickly VIDEOED AND EMAILED US THE PROPERTY.
