Hello, real estate world! Yes…this is my VERY first blog comment on record. Is anyone out there listening or interested? Will YOU be the FIRST to respond?
Who AM I…this ‘Zrealestateman’? Plain and simple, I’m an honest, hard-working guy who has put over 20 years into this business….helping people buy and sell in marketplaces across the country.
I call it as i see it….what’s YOUR real estate experience? Good? Bad? Indifferent? Let me know what you have experienced and what you might like to know about how else it MIGHT have gone…or perhaps just what you might do if you are frustrated and need another opinion.
I believe that Realtors are basically good, hard-working people…and yet, there is a LOT to know and learn in this business….’truth be told’ (as a good ol’ friend of mine from Atlanta used to say), there is LOTS to learn in this business. I learn something new almost every single day…and I have over 20 years experience! So, I may not have all the answers…but I promise to tell you just what I think.
So, HIT ME WITH IT…plain and simple. What’s YOUR experience been? What would you like to know? Any question real estate related; I promise to give you my opinion straight up…
